FORCIN is an independent movement originally conceived to stand for Friends of Royal Commission Into NCAT.
As it subsequently became clear that the problems manifesting themselves at NCAT are not solely “NCAT problems”, FORCIN recognised its ability to transform into a wider movement of Friends of Royal Commission Into any entity that does not fulfil its objects and functions.
